Each product comes with detailed specifications, and the Buyer is responsible for ensuring the compatibility of the chosen enclosures for their intended applications.

Pricing and Payment: The pricing for our premium enclosures will be provided upon request. Payment terms and methods will be agreed upon between EXEL GRP LTD and the Buyer. Any applicable taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Shipping and Delivery: EXEL GRP LTD strives to ensure timely delivery of all orders. The delivery schedule will be communicated to the Buyer upon order acceptance. In the event of any unforeseen delays, the Buyer will be promptly notified, and every effort will be made to mitigate such occurrences.

Inspection and Acceptance: The Buyer is advised to inspect the received electrical enclosures upon delivery. Any claims regarding damage, discrepancies, or non-conformance with specifications must be communicated to EXEL GRP LTD within a reasonable period after delivery.

Returns and Replacements: EXEL GRP LTD aims to provide complete customer satisfaction. If an electrical enclosure is found to be defective or non-compliant with specifications, the Buyer may request a return or replacement, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our separate Returns Policy.

Intellectual Property: The Buyer acknowledges that all trademarks, designs, and intellectual property rights related to the EXEL GRP LTD products are the exclusive property of EXEL GRP LTD.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to treat all non-public information shared during the course of the purchasing process as confidential and not disclose such information to any third parties without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability: EXEL GRP LTD's liability for any claims arising from the purchase of glass-reinforced plastic electrical enclosures shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Buyer for the specific enclosures in question.
By placing an order with EXEL GRP LTD, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms of Purchase. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties concerning the purchase of glass-reinforced plastic electrical enclosures and supersedes any prior negotiations, agreements, or representations.
